Spayne Lindsay & Co. is delighted to announce that it has advised that it has advised the shareholders of The Real Yorkshire Pudding Co on its sale to the The Compleat Food Group.
The Real Yorkshire Pudding Co is the leading supplier of own label and branded chilled Yorkshire puddings in the UK and has driven consistent double-digit growth in the category to become a £33m turnover company.
The Compleat Food Group is a leading, £1bn+ turnover UK food manufacturer within chilled categories, including savoury pastry,Mediterranean-deli, olives and antipasti, continental meats, dips and sauces and plant-based food. Backed by European private equity firm PAI Partners, The Compleat Food Group was formed in 2021 and currently employs more than 5,000people across 15 sites.
