Spayne Lindsay & Co. is delighted to announce they have advised The Collective, renowned for its innovative, great-tasting dairy ranges on its sale to Yeo Valley, an independently owned manufacturer of dairy products
The Collective, originally started in New Zealand by two entrepreneurial chefs and has been bringing great tasting yoghurt to the UK since 2011. The Collective UK business is well known for its gourmet live yoghurts; its fast-growing kids range, Suckies and dairy free yogurts with 50+ Great Taste Awards.
Yeo Valley Production is along-time partner of The Collective, whilst also producing yoghurt, ice cream and soup for the Yeo Valley Organic brand across five sites in Somerset and Devon.
This acquisition brings together the broad manufacturing capabilities of Yeo Valley Production and the innovative, taste-led ranges for which The Collective is renowned. This ambitious new partnership will enable more opportunities for The Collective to deliver more great-tasting innovative dairy to British fridges.
This agreement brings together two businesses driven by their values.
