Tom, a founding partner at Spayne Lindsay & Co., is a Chartered Accountant and a Manchester University alumnus with over 35 years of investment banking experience.
In 2004, he established Spayne Lindsay & Co. alongside John Spayne. His career includes tenures at Flemings and Lehman Brothers in both the UK and the USA.
Additionally, Tom serves as a Trustee for the Food Foundation and is the founder of the Spayne Lindsay Foundation which is a grant-making trust and registered charity donating to worthy causes on behalf of the firm each year.
John is a founding partner and Chair of Spayne Lindsay & Co LLP which he set up in 2004. John has specialised in investment banking for the Consumer sector for over 35 years. He was formerly a Director of Flemings and then a Managing Director at Lehman Brothers before founding Spayne Lindsay & Co in 2004.
John was previously Private Assistant to the Crown Prince of Ethiopia; Chair of craft charity, Contemporary Applied Arts, and a Trustee of Creative Folkestone.
Guy Phillips is Chairperson of Spayne Lindsay. Guy graduated from the Harvard Business School and Franklin & Marshall College.
Guy has extensive M&A and capital markets experience with large capitalisation companies, entrepreneurs, hedge funds and private equity funds. He was formerly Global Head of the Entrepreneurs Coverage Group at UBS, which was responsible for all corporate finance activity with the firm’s entrepreneurs and families. Prior to that role, Guy was Global Head of the UBS Consumer Products & Retail Group and was a member of the Investment Banking Division Executive Committee. He was also EMEA Head of the UBS Private Equity Coverage Group.
Guy is the Managing Member of NuOrion Partners and NuOrion Capital. He also serves on the board of directors of Au Vodka (leading premium spirits company), BeeDIGITAL (a leading company in digitalisation and artificial intelligence technological solutions for SMEs), Rip Van (a low sugar snacking company) Lummus Corporation (an industrial company) and Carter Control Systems (an intralogistics company).
Jonathon is a Partner at Spayne Lindsay &Co., joining the firm in 2005. He holds an M.A. (Hons) in International Relations and Management from St Andrews University.
With nearly 30 years of investment banking experience, he has worked across various regions including the UK, Continental Europe, Asia, India, and Africa. He previously worked in M&A advisory at Robert Fleming in London and Jardine Fleming and CLSA in Hong Kong.
Jonathon has spearheaded numerous M&A transactions and advisory projects within the Consumer sector. His portfolio includes the sale of Symprove, consulting on Tortilla's exit strategy, the sale of EAT to Pret a Manger, the sale of Planet Organic, H2 Equity Partners' divestment of Hancocks, Mayfair's purchase of YO! Sushi, the sale of Rollover to Kerry Group, Fred Perry's acquisition of Lavenham, Dr. Oetker's purchase of Fun Foods in India, the sale of FE International by Mitsui, and Unilever's disposal of Ragu and Chicken Tonight. Additionally, he has led advisory roles for UK and international consumer companies such as Carpetright plc, Dreams, and Premier Foods.
Shaun is a Partner in the business, having joined in 2005. He is a graduate of Cambridge University, where he studied Economics and is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified with Arthur Andersen.
Shaun has led a large number of M&A transactions and advisory projects across the Consumer sector including the acquisition of Symington’s by Intermediate Capital Group, the sale of Clipper Tea to Wessanen and the £550m sale of Quorn to Monde Nissin.
Prior to joining Spayne Lindsay & Co, Shaun spent four years at Arthur Andersen, and later Deloitte, where he worked in the real estate tax team before transferring to the private equity and M&A group.
Paul, a Partner at the firm since 2005, is an Oxford University Mathematics graduate and a Chartered Accountant, accredited by Arthur Andersen.
He has led numerous M&A transactions and advisory projects within the Consumer sector, including the £200 million sale of Premier Foods' sweet spreads division to Hain Daniels, the £113 million sale of Uniq to Greencore, and the £205 million acquisition of Quorn by Exponent Private Equity.
Before joining Spayne Lindsay & Co, Paul spent 4 years with Arthur Andersen, subsequently moving to Deloitte, where he initially joined the Corporate Tax team and later transitioned to Corporate Finance.
Eric is a Partner at the firm, having joined the Paris office in April 2021. He graduated from Toulouse Business School and holds a degree in accounting.
Eric's career began in New York with BNP Paribas' M&A team for two years, followed by seven years in Latin America, based in Buenos Aires. From 2001 to 2010, he was with Rothschild & Co in Paris, focusing on Central Eastern Europe, North Africa, Ukraine, and Turkey, and established the Istanbul office in 2007. Prior to joining Spayne Lindsay, he led Messis Finance, an M&A advisory boutique owned by Unigrains and specializing in the Food & Agriculture sector, for five years.
Eric's experience includes the divestment of Hari & Co to Avril (France), the divestment of Pagnifique Mexico to Europastry (Mexico), the acquisition of Sunbloom Proteins by Avril (Germany), the acquisition of Mestrezat Grands Crus by Laffort Holding (France), the acquisition of Kan Biosys by De Sangosse (India), the acquisition of Louis François by Novax Ingredients (France), the acquisition of Season Brand by Mutandis (USA), the sale of Ulrick & Short to Novax (UK), the purchase of ABI Ltd by Mecatherm (Canada), the sale of McKnight Food Group(USA), the acquisition of Euroclassic by Europastry (USA), the purchase of Costa d’Oro by Avril (Italy), the acquisition of MyFresh by Agrial (UK), the purchase of Unicorn by Limagrain (Netherlands), the acquisition of Aqualande by Labeyrie (France), and the acquisitions of Père Olive (Belgium) and King Cuisine (Netherlands) by Labeyrie.
Philippe Leopold is a Partner in the business, having joined in 2019. He holds a Master in Management (major in Finance) from the EDHEC business school, France.
Philippe has more than 20 years’ M&A experience with corporates, entrepreneurial families and private equity houses across the consumer sector including the €4.5bn acquisition of ekaterra by CVC, the €1.4bn acquisition of Cooper by CVC, the disposal of Boulangeries Louise to Teract, the €1.4bn disposal of Naturex to Givaudan, the €400m acquisition of Campbell’s Soup operations in Europe by CVC, the €200m disposal of Montblanc Materne to LBO France and the creation of Aryzta.
Philippe was previously in charge of the Messier Maris & Associés consumer practice and co-ran Citi’s Consumer Retail team in EMEA. Prior to joining Citi, Philippe worked for the consumer teams of BNP Paribas (Paris), Lehman Brothers (London) and Rothschild (London and Paris). He started his career in the Corporate Restructuring team of Arthur Andersen (Paris).
Alexandre Weill has been a Partner in the business and a member of our Paris team since April 2021. Alexandre holds degrees from HEC Paris, graduating in 1998, and from Ferrandi Paris, the French school of culinary arts and hospitality management, where he graduated in 2011.
Before joining Spayne Lindsay, Alexandre spent three years at Messis Finance, seven years as a chef and restaurant entrepreneur, ten years in investment banking with Morgan Stanley in Paris and London, having started his career at CS First Boston in Paris.
With 15 years of experience in M&A, Alexandre has advised on over 20 transactions with a combined value of more than $30 billion, covering a range of products including M&A, LBO, IPO, secondary offerings, bond issues, and more.
Chris is a Partner at Spayne Lindsay & Co, having joined the firm in 2011. He holds a First Class Master's degree in Chemistry from Oxford University and is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Since starting at Spayne Lindsay & Co, Chris has led and participated in numerous buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions and advisory projects. Notable deals include the £550 million sale of Quorn to Monde Nissin, the divestiture of Reflex Nutrition to Associated British Foods and the £180 million sale of Karro Food Group to Capvest.
Prior to Spayne Lindsay & Co, Chris was part of the Corporate Tax advisory team at PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in US inbound and private equity portfolio companies, predominantly in the consumer sector. He also worked on general M&A structuring and tax restructuring for distressed and insolvent companies.
Irena is a Partner of Spayne Lindsay, having joined the business in 2019 to expand our Continental European practice.
Irena has over 30 years’ experience in Corporate Strategy and M&A in Food & Beverages in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
At Spayne Lindsay Irena has been involved in a variety of M&A projects, focusing on mid to large buyside transactions, including complex carve-outs and transformational build-ups, across Food & Beverages, Beauty & Personal Care, Consumer Health care, and Ingredients industries.
In particular, she co-led the Spayne Lindsay team on the €4.5bn acquisition of Lipton Teas & Infusions(former ekaterra) by CVC.
Prior to Spayne Lindsay, Irena was a Senior Advisor at Messier Maris & Associés’ and before that she headed Strategy and M&A for GBfoods (Agrolimen).
Irena holds an MBA from ESADE Business School, Spain.
Patrizio serves as a Managing Director at Spayne Lindsay & Co., having come on board in 2016. He holds a cum laude double Master's degree in Economics and Finance from LUISS Guido Carli University in Italy and an MBA from Oxford University.
Since joining Spayne Lindsay & Co., Patrizio has been involved in numerous transactions and strategic initiatives within the consumer sector.
Before this, he was an Associate on the M&A team at HSBC, concentrating on the European technology sector. His early career was marked by a tenure with Ernst & Young's M&A and Business Modelling teams in Rome and London, where he was instrumental in executing a variety of national and international deals.
Patrizio is fluent in his native Italian as well as Spanish.
Armando is a Senior Advisor in the business and joined us in 2022 after a thirty-year career in investment banking in Europe and in the United States. Armando holds a degree from Bocconi University in Milan.
Armando started his career working in Private Equity for the Benetton Group and Compagnie de Suez, before moving to the M&A team of Crèdit Agricole Indosuez in Milan and Paris. Subsequently, he joined Rabobank where he worked in Milan (Head of M&A Italy), New York (Head of Cross-border M&A), and Amsterdam (Head of Europe). In this capacity, he led the origination and execution of numerous domestic and international transactions within the food industry, serving as member of the Executive Committee for the Rabobank-Rothschild Cooperation, as well as Global Head of the Wine and Spirits practice
Throughout his career, he has also served as a Board Member for privately-owned companies in both Italy and the US. Presently, he holds the position of independent Board Member at Orsero, the Southern European leader in fruit distribution, which is listed on the Milan Stock Exchange.
Jens serves as a Senior Advisor at Spayne Lindsay & Co, having joined the firm in 2016 to head the alcoholic beverage sector initiatives. Jens is an alumnus of Insead, holding an MBA, and of Stanford University, where he earned an MS in Industrial Engineering.
With over 25 years of experience in industry and investment banking, he is an expert in M&A and strategy. In 2003, Jens founded the boutique advisory firm Brodersen & Co, catering to a wide array of international clients, mainly within the beverage sector.
Before this, Jens held high-ranking roles in M&A, general management, sales & marketing, and business development at renowned beverage companies Diageo and Seagram. His early career was marked by stints at prestigious investment banks Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse First Boston, working across London, Frankfurt, and New York.
A native German speaker, he is also fluent in French.
Sergio is a Partner based in the US at our US affiliate. Sergio Pedreiro is the former Chief Operating Officer of Revlon. He has more than 20 years of experience in international finance and business administration. Sergio was previously a partner of BTG Pactual in the Private Equity group. Before joining BTG Pactual, he was the CFO of Coty, the global beauty company with US$5 billion where he led the Coty’s IPO on NYSE in mid-2013. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer of America Latina Logística SA, the largest publicly traded cargo railroad in Brazil.
Sergio began his career as a business consultant at McKinsey & Company in Brazil.
He received his B.Sc. in Aeronautical Engineering from ITA—Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronautica in Brazil with honors and holds an M.B.A. degree from Stanford University.
John is a Partner based in the US. Prior to joining us, John founded Rocker &Camber LLC, advising founders, families and funds on their private investment strategies. His advisory relationships include the private venture and growth teams at JP Morgan Asset Management and Franklin Templeton.
At J.P. Morgan, John founded Morgan Private Ventures (MPV). MPV is a global private investment business focused on funding mid-stage growth companies via direct and co-investment transactions with capital raised from institutionally qualified family office clients. Morgan Private Ventures, via its clients, invested over $3 billion of capital since its inception in2015.
Prior to the founding of Morgan Private Ventures John served as Vice Chairman of J.P. Morgan Private Bank, Global Head of Institutional Wealth Management and CEO of the U.S. Private Bank. He was a member of the J.P. Morgan Private Bank Operating Committee, CEO of the J. P. Morgan Trust Bank, U.S. CEO of Securities, Trust and Information Services division and US Head of Mortgage Backed Securities sales with the J.P. Morgan Investment Bank. He began his career with J.P. Morgan in 1982.
John is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and New York University, Stern School of Business.
Tom Girardi is a Partner in the U.S focused on the Food & Beverage/Consumer Products sectors in North America and Latin America. Tom has more than 25 years’ experience in the identification, planning and execution of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions.
Prior to joining Spayne Lindsay, Tom was Managing Director for HT Capital Advisors, LLC where he advised family owned companies, private equity firms and corporate clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions. Tom advised Hormel Foods on their acquisition of Justin’s Nut Butter in the US and their first acquisition in Brazil. Previously, he was M&A Director for Unilever where he managed their corporate development initiatives in the Americas region for thirteen years. Earlier in his career, Tom held strategic planning and financial management roles with Reckitt’s US business. During his career, he has played an integral role in the successful completion of more than fifty acquisitions and divestitures; including several multi-billion-dollar transactions involving major consumer brands.
Tom holds an MBA in Finance from Rutgers Business School and a BS in Accounting from Montclair State University. He also holds Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and Certified in Financial Management (CFM) designations.
Jonathan is a Partner based in the US. He has over 25 years of investment banking and strategic advisory experience. His areas of expertise include corporate strategy, M&A and capital raising initiatives on behalf of corporate and private equity clients. His industry expertise covers all aspects of the consumer products and retail landscape, with a particular focus on the food & beverage sector.
Over the course of his career, Jonathan has originated and led the execution of advisory and capital raising transactions with an aggregate value of over $200bn. Most recently, Jonathan was Managing Director and the Head of the North America Consumer & Retail Group at HSBC which he joined in 2017. Prior to HSBC, Jonathan was head of the Food & Beverage Investment Banking practice at RBC Capital Markets for four years. He has also held leadership roles at Deutsche Bank and UBS. Jonathan currently serves on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee at Feeding Westchester, Westchester County's largest food bank. He is also a Member of the Ambassador's Council for the College of Arts & Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania. Jonathan holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from The Wharton School.
Iona is the Chief Operating Officer at Spayne Lindsay & Co. and oversees the operations across the firm.
Prior to joining in 2023, she was the COO at La Mancha Resource Capital and split her time between London and Luxembourg, having led the group's transition from a corporate structure into a Luxembourg based long only fund structure focusing on precious metals and energy transition metals mining companies.
From 2012 to 2021, Iona was the COO and Chief Compliance Officer for a 2 London based fund managers trading equities, credit and derivatives primarily within Commodities, and TMT space. During this time, she also led the spin-off of the group's operations into a separate business platform supporting multiple hedge fund managers across different strategies and sectors.
Iona spent half of her career based in Paris and, before moving to London in 2012, she was the CFO of the Orascom Corporate Finance headquarters (later known as Weather Investments following its acquisition of Wind Telecom Italia)a
Iona holds a BA (Hons) in Modern Languages from the University of Strathclyde and is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
Hugh is a Director in the business, having joined Spayne Lindsay & Co in 2018. He holds a First Class BSc (Honours) degree in Economics from the University of Manchester and is also a Chartered Accountant, having qualified with KPMG.
During his tenure at Spayne Lindsay & Co, Hugh has contributed to numerous M&A transactions, such as the €4.5 billion acquisition of Lipton Tea by CVC, the sale of Anglia Maltings to Richardson International, the sale of Snowfox to Zensho, the acquisition of a minority stake in Little Moons by L Catterton, the sale of Gü to Exponent, the sale of Symprove to bd-capital, and the merger of YO! with Snowfox.
Before his current role, Hugh was part of KPMG Corporate Finance, providing guidance on M&A and debt financing strategies across various industries, including consumer goods, business services, healthcare, and technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT).
Sam is a Director in the business, having joined in 2021. He is a graduate of Oxford University, where he studied English Language and Literature.
Since joining the Spayne Lindsay & Co team Sam has worked on a number of transactions across the consumer sector including the investment into Strong Roots by McCain Foods and the sale of the SCI-MX Nutrition brand to Supreme Plc.
Previously Sam spent six years at MCF Corporate Finance advising on cross-border M&A, including a year seconded to the team in Stockholm. He is also experienced in advising on public takeovers, including the takeover of Cyprotex Plc and the reverse takeover of hVIVO Plc.
Justine serves as an Associate Director at Spayne Lindsay & Co, having come on board in 2013. She holds a Master's degree in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and is a Chartered Accountant, accredited by Deloitte in London.
Since working at Spayne Lindsay & Co, Justine has contributed to several deals, including B&B Investment Partners' acquisition of Aromatherapy Associates and the divestiture of Oatly.
Before her tenure at Spayne Lindsay & Co, Justine dedicated four years to Deloitte, working in the Banking & Capital Markets division, where she amassed experience through audits and advisory roles in the financial services sector.
Justine is a fluent Spanish speaker.
Jadon, an Associate Director, joined Spayne Lindsay & Co in early 2020. He holds a First Class BA (Honours) degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford.
During his time at Spayne Lindsay & Co, Jadon has contributed to various M&A transactions on both the sell-side and buy-side. His projects include the sale of Moulin d’Or to Grupo Bimbo, the sale of Addo Food Group to PAI Partners, the sale of Gü to Exponent, Groupe Avril's acquisition of Sunbloom Proteins, McCain Foods' investment in Strong Roots and Endless' acquisitions of Yorkshire Premier Meat and Smithfield Murray.
Prior to joining Spayne Lindsay & Co, Jadon worked in the Consumer, Food, and Retail team at Houlihan Lokey
Dara is an Associate Director in the business having joined Spayne Lindsay & Co in 2022. He is a graduate of the University of Nottingham holding a BA (Hons) in Politics & American Studies and is also a Chartered Accountant, having trained at KPMG.
Prior to joining Spayne Lindsay & Co, Dara gained in house experience at both Vista Global, a leading Private Aviation business and Unilever, one of the global FMCG leaders. His previous advisory experience includes 3 years spent in the Consumer, Retail & Leisure M&A team at Rothschild, advising a range of corporate clients and private equity funds, and 3 years spent in the Private Equity Deal Advisory division of KPMG.
Hannah, an Associate Director, joined Spayne Lindsay & Co in 2020. She holds a BA(Honours) in Economics and Geography from the University of Exeter and is a Chartered Accountant, accredited by KPMG.
At Spayne Lindsay & Co, Hannah has contributed to several M&A transactions, including General Mills’ 301Inc.'s investment in Pots & Co, the sale of Plenish to Britvic, the sale of Rhokett to Palacios, CVC's €4.5 billion purchase of ekaterra, and the sale of Berry Gardens to Driscoll’s.
Before her tenure at Spayne Lindsay, Hannah was part of KPMG's Transaction Services Financial Services team, providing guidance to corporate and private equity clients on buy-side, sell-side, and capital market deals
Emma serves as an Associate Director at Spayne Lindsay & Co., having joined the firm in 2020. She holds a Master's degree in Business Economics and a Post graduate Degree in Corporate Finance from KU Leuven University in Belgium, as well as an MSc in Marketing & Communication from ESCP Europe in France.
Before her tenure at Spayne Lindsay & Co., Emma gained experience in M&A Advisory at BNP Paribas in Paris and Brussels, and at Mizuho in London, where she concentrated on international transactions within the consumer and industrial sectors. Additionally, she held the position of M&A Manager at Groupe Casino, a prominent French food retailer.
Emma speaks Dutch, French and English.
Nick serves as a Senior Advisor in our business, bringing over twenty-five years of experience as an investment banker specialising in the consumer and retail sectors. Appointed as the Global Head of Consumer and Retail Sector Investment Banking at UBS in 2012, he held this position until 2017, offering a vast global network, expertise in various sub-sectors, and extensive experience in cross-border M&A and IPOs.
Following his graduation from Oxford University in 1992, Nick embarked on his career with Robert Fleming Corporate Finance in London. His journey took him to Jardine Fleming in Hong Kong in 1996, followed by Credit Suisse in 2000, and ultimately UBS in 2008. His career includes eighteen years in Hong Kong, complemented by periods in London.
Throughout his career, Nick has led a wide array of M&A and ECM transactions within the retail and consumer product sectors, serving multinational corporations such as Danone, PepsiCo, Diageo, Mondelez, Cargill, Unilever, Wal-Mart, Auchan, Best Buy, Samsonite, and L’Occitane. His portfolio of Asian clientele includes prominent names like China Resources, Belle, COFCO, LGH&H, Trust-Mart, Ting-Hsin, San Miguel, and Mengniu Dairy. Additionally, he has collaborated with numerous private equity firms on both acquisition and divestiture projects, including KKR, CVC, TA Associates, Affinity, Baring Private Equity Asia, PAG, and TPG.
Marcus is an Associate Director, having joined Spayne Lindsay & Co in 2019. He is a graduate of the University of Birmingham holding a BSc (Honours) degree in Economics and is also a Chartered Accountant, having qualified with EY.
Prior to joining Spayne Lindsay & Co, Marcus spent 4 years working in the EY Restructuring team advising both corporates and lenders on financial and operational restructuring in distressed situations. Marcus has worked across a range of sectors including retail, logistics and food manufacturing.
Tommaso is an Associate, having joined Spayne Lindsay & Co in 2019. He graduated from the University of Leeds with a BSc degree in Sustainability and Environmental Management and holds an MSc in Banking and Finance from King’s College London.
Since joining Spayne Lindsay & Co, Tommaso has worked on a variety of M&A projects, including the sale of Di Marco to Abenex, the acquisition of Forthglade by IK Investment Partners and the sale of Orchard House Food to Elaghmore.
Prior to joining Spayne Lindsay & Co, Tommaso worked at Fineurop Soditic, a Milan based boutique investment bank where he advised Italian and international clients on M&A across a range of sectors, including consumer.

Nicolas, an Associate at Spayne Lindsay & Co since 2021, holds a Master in Finance from ESSEC Business School in Paris and an engineering degree from HEI Lille.
He has contributed to various M&A transactions, such as Boulangerie Louise's sale to Teract, ekaterra's €4.5 billion acquisition by CVC, Panzani's €550 million acquisition by CVC, and Tangle Teezer's acquisition by Mayfair Equity Partners.
Before joining Spayne Lindsay & Co, Nicolas gained experience at Barclays Investment Bank and Credit Agricole CIB in Paris, analysing sectors such as consumer, financial institutions group (FIG), industrial, healthcare, and TMT.
Yann is a Senior Analyst, having joined Spayne Lindsay & Co in 2022. He graduated from ESSEC Business School with a Masters in Finance.
Prior to joining Spayne Lindsay & Co, Yann worked for Canaccord Genuity among other investment banking boutiques in Paris, providing M&A advisory across a range of sectors including consumer, industrial, software and healthcare.
Joe is an Associate, having joined Spayne Lindsay & Co in 2020. He graduated from the University of Cambridge with a First Class BA (Honours) degree in Psychological and Behavioural Sciences.
Since joining Spayne Lindsay & Co, Joe has worked on a variety of M&A projects, including the sale of Deliciously Ella to Hero Group, the sale of Moulin d’Or to Grupo Bimbo, and the minority sale of Di Marco to Abenex.
Harriet is an analyst within the London team at Spayne Lindsay & Co. She holds a BCom in Accounting and Finance and is a Chartered Accountant, accredited by PwC.
She was previously part of PwC’s Corporate Finance team, working predominantly in M&A. Harriet worked with corporate and private equity clients on sell-side and buy-side transactions.
Ludovica holds an MSc in Banking and Finance from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano and an MSc in Finance from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass).
Prior to joining Spayne Lindsay & Co, Ludovica worked in the M&A Mid-cap and Financial Sponsor Solutions team at Mediobanca and in the Investment team at Eurizon Capital Real Asset.
Thanina is the Office Manager for our Paris office, having joined Spayne Lindsay & Co in 2022. Thanina studied at Enaco Business School, obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in European Management.
She is responsible for the day to day operations at the office, assisting the team and providing administrative, HR and accounting support.
Hannah is Senior Executive Assistant to the Partners in the London office, having joined the firm in 2024. She has over a decade of experience supporting high-level executives across various prestigious organisations.
Previously, Hannah held assistant roles at CCP Investments, Brookfield Asset Management, JP Morgan, Citi Bank and Bank of America, where she developed her skills in executive support, office coordination, and event management.
