Spayne Lindsay & Co. is delighted to announce that it has advised Endless LLP on the sale of Karnova Food Group to the US-headquartered OSI Group.
Karnova Food Group is a significant value-add business-to-business protein ingredients supplier, with revenues of more than £135m. The group was created through the acquisition and integration of Yorkshire Premier Meat and Smithfield Murray by Endless in 2022and 2023 respectively, with Spayne Lindsay supporting Endless on both acquisitions.
OSI Group is a privately owned global business, headquartered in Aurora, Illinois, with 67 manufacturing facilities, more than 20,000 employees, operating out of 16 countries and supplying customers in 77 countries.
