Spayne Lindsay & Co. is delighted to announce they have advised La Martiniquaise-Bardinet, a leading independent spirits group in France with €1.5bn turnover, on the acquisition of Cacique rum, an authentic rum brand from Venezuela with a 65-year heritage that is popular among consumers in Spain and Venezuela.
