Spayne Lindsay & Co. advises on the sale of Reach Holdings (“Reach”) to Acosta Sales & Marketing (“Acosta”)
Spayne Lindsay is delighted to announce that it has advised Reach on its sale to Acosta, a leading North American Sales & Marketing agency operating across North America in the consumer packaged goods industry.
Founded in 1975, Reach provides industry-leading sales and marketing services to global consumer brands such as Nestle and Kraft Heinz. Reach’s approach is differentiated, leveraging its proprietary data platform that has been developed over the last 10 years.
Headquartered in the UK, Reach has an increasingly global presence across the US, Continental Europe and Australia and is well-placed to capitalise on the changing dynamics within consumer markets by implementing its data-led approach to deliver increased returns for its clients.
