Spayne Lindsay is delighted to announce that it has advised on the acquisition of Manton Wood Limited (‘Manton Wood’) from 2 Sisters Foods Group by Samworth Brothers.

Manton Wood Limited is a newly incorporated entity holding the trade and assets of the Food-To-Go business formerly part of Solway Foods located at the Manton Wood facility in Nottinghamshire. The business opened in 1999 and is a leading supplier in the Food-to-Go area. The site produces a combination of sandwiches, wraps and rolls.
